All Rise...Judge David Johnson got ripped. Interpret that as you see fit. The Charge100 minutes of exercises to get you totally ripped. The CaseWrestling superstar/WWE executive Triple H joins his real-life wife to kickstart WWE's burgeoning fitness endeavors with this selection of workouts designed to not merely induce weight-loss but transform you, pasty lard-ass, into a muscle-bound destroyer of men. Here is what awaits and it looks fantastically painful: • Warmup (6 min) • Upper Body 1 (16 min) • Upper body 2 (18 min) • Lower Body (30 min) • Muscle-building cardio (12 min) • Mobility (14 min) That's 96 minutes of macho workouts, presented by Triple H who comes across as a solid if occasionally clunky presenter. The high point of his work is easily the intro where he gets personal about his physical struggles after 20 years wrestling and how the workouts he presents helped restore "function" to his life. This might be the best differentiator versus other DVDs: the routines here aren't just to turn you into the Incredible Hulk, but create a foundation of smaller muscles to build upon, the end result being a health-centric workout more than anything. WWE Power Series: Triple H is presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen and 2.0 stereo with a music-only option track and a custom workout arrangement. The VerdictNot Guilty. Pass the puke bucket.
