All Rise...Judge David Johnson strengthened his core the old fashioned way: underground cage fighting. The ChargeFive fat-burning workouts for a lean, chiseled body. The CaseBig-shot WWE exec and sporadic on-screen villainess Stephanie McMahon ditches the ringside persona and gets in front of the camera as her company dips its beefy toes into the crowded fitness DVD game. This selection of workouts is designed specifically for women, aimed at burning fat and creating lean muscle for lithe frames. That doesn't mean I refrain from shuddering at the prospect of pain that awaits from these routines. Here are the workouts: • Upper Body (14 min) • Lower body (15 min) • Abs (12 min) • Cardio (17 min) • Flexibility (7 min) That's it. It strikes me a solid series of workouts, but nothing terribly different from the parade of similar DVDs out there. McMahon proves to be a solid host, always smiling and encouraging and obviously in solid shape (she makes a point to emphasize she's a mom with three kids). She's surrounded by a selection of WWE Divas, which might be a bit intimidating for out-of-shape folks using the DVD. WWE Fit Series: Stephanie McMahon gives us 65 minutes worth of huffing and puffing, presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen and Dolby 2.0 stereo. Extras include a music-only option track and a custom workout builder. The VerdictNot Guilty. Pass the Powerade.
